研究方向和研究内容:

病毒、细菌和真菌等病原微生物感染严重危害人类健康,固有免疫是机体抵抗病原微生物感染的第一道防线,其识别活化对于机体有效清除感染并维持机体稳态防止病理损伤至关重要。实验室主要从事抗感染固有免疫识别活化和炎症反应的调控机制研究,聚焦蛋白质翻译后修饰包括蛋白质泛素化修饰等在抗感染固有免疫识别活化和炎症反应中的功能和调控机制。研究结果将揭示固有免疫识别活化的新型调控机制,完善固有免疫识别活化和炎症反应的调控网络,感染性疾病和炎症相关疾病的治疗和预防提供理论指导。
