研究兴趣:

肥胖是2型糖尿病、脂肪肝、心血管疾病甚至癌症等发病的重要风险因素,肥胖诱发慢性炎症所致胰岛素抵抗及高血压、高血糖、高血脂等系列代谢综合征是上述肥胖相关疾病发生发展的关键环节。针对以上问题,目前研究工作主要围绕两个方面展开:

1. 肥胖及相关炎症和代谢综合征的免疫学机制及干预策略

2. 脂肪间充干细胞对免疫相关炎症及肥胖相关代谢紊乱的调控作用
